Our Premises

FF4L secured new premises in October 2025 having operated from Westlands Medical Centre for many years.

We remain in the heart of the community with our new clinic address at 48 White Hart Lane, Portchester. This is barely a 10 minute walk from Portchester Precinct and we even have our own bus stop; the Number 3 passes right by the door! 

Here are some behind the scenes photos of the fitting out of the new clinic which opened for business on Monday 10 November. Even deeper behind the scenes, there was a huge amount of administration to set up essential services.

Soon after opening we were joined by EG Podiatry (Emily) and the two competing practices have developed a great spirit of cooperation and sharing of experience and best practice.

In September 2026, Portchester Physio & Performance (Megan) moved into the third clinic room adding anoither dimension to what we proudly regard as a centre of excellence.
